The invention relates to a method for excavating harder rocks in an ultra-narrow and ultra-deep foundation pit in the technical field of building construction, which comprises the following steps of: laying a guide rail, mounting a rock cutting machine, and cutting hard bed rocks into rectangular blocks with connected bottoms through the rock cutting machine so as to reduce the integrity of the rocks; and then the rock mass is crushed through tools such as a hydraulic crushing hammer, an air pick, a rock perforating machine and a steel drill rod, construction disturbance caused by follow-up crushing construction can be effectively reduced through cutting seams formed by cutting the rock, and the foundation pit and surrounding buildings (structures) can be effectively protected.
本发明涉及建筑施工的技术领域的一种超窄、超深基坑内较硬岩开挖方法,通过铺设导轨、安装岩石切割机,并通过岩石切割机将硬质基岩切割为底部连接的矩形块体,以降低岩石的整体性,其后通过液压破碎锤、风镐、岩石打孔机、钢钎杆等工具对岩体进行破碎作业,切割岩石所形成的切割缝能有效降低后续破碎施工带来的施工扰动,能有效保护基坑与周边建(构)筑物。
