The oil damper is connected with the hinge fixing shaft through the knurling structure of the oil damper shaft sleeve and the knurling structure which is meshed like a gear and arranged on the hinge fixing shaft, two oil storage grooves which are spaced are formed in the inner wall of the main sleeve, and an oil groove is formed in the oil damper shaft sleeve. The bidirectional damping hinge plays a bidirectional damping role when the door is closed and opened, the service life of the hinge can be prolonged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
