The transmission module is used for driving the ground module and the wall foot module to synchronously perform cleaning operation; and a translation module. The invention further discloses a wall foot ground mortar cleaning method. Mortar cleaning is conducted through the ground mortar cleaning actuator. According to the ground mortar cleaning actuator provided by the embodiment of the invention, the ground module and the wall foot module are ingeniously and organically combined together through the transmission module, and compared with the mode that the ground module and the wall foot module independently use one transmission structure respectively, one transmission structure can be saved; the ground mortar cleaning actuator is more compact in structure. Meanwhile, according to the ground mortar cleaning actuator, the ground module and the wall foot module are integrally arranged through the transmission module, the grinding speed of the ground module and the grinding speed of the wall foot module can be synchronized, and the grinding and cleaning efficiency can be greatly improved.
