According to the construction method, construction of the multiple piers can be rapidly completed in a short time, the construction mode is simplified while the construction quality of the piers is guaranteed, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction time is saved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. The invention further discloses a device for assisting bridge pier construction.
