The invention provides a waterproof construction method for the joint of a water-rich geology anti-floating anchor rod and a foundation, and relates to the technical field of anti-floating anchor rod connection. The method comprises the steps of 1, preparing materials; 2, after excavation is completed, the anti-floating anchor rod is constructed according to the design position, and the periphery of the anti-floating anchor rod is excavated manually to form a cup-shaped foundation; 3, after the base layer is cleaned, a concrete foundation cushion layer is poured, the foundation cushion layer is coated with a polyurethane waterproof layer, and the coating thickness is controlled to range from 1.5 mm to 2 mm; step 4, mounting a water-swelling water-stopping rubber strip, a steel plate water-stopping belt and a water-stopping steel plate on the anti-floating anchor rod, and additionally arranging a reinforcing steel bar at a bent part; 5, micro-expansive concrete is poured into the cup-shaped foundation; 6, after pouring is completed, an SBS waterproof coiled material and a waterproof protection layer are constructed on the bottom cushion layer of the foundation bottom plate and the upper portion of the cup-shaped foundation; and 7, after construction is completed, foundation slab steel bars are bound, and foundation slab concrete is poured. The method is used for solving the problem of water leakage prevention at the joint of the anti-floating anchor rod and the foundation.
本发明提供一种富水地质抗浮锚杆与基础交接处防水施工方法,涉及抗浮锚杆连接技术领域。步骤1、准备材料;步骤2、开挖完成后,将抗浮锚杆按照设计部位施工完成后,将抗浮锚杆周边利用人工开挖形成杯型基础;步骤3、清理基层后浇筑混凝土基础垫层,在基础垫层上涂刷聚氨酯防水层,涂刷厚度控制在1.5~2mm;步骤4、在抗浮锚杆上安装遇水膨胀止水胶条、钢板止水带、止水钢板及在弯折部位增设加强钢筋;步骤5、然后先将杯型基础浇筑微膨胀混凝土;步骤6、浇筑完成后在基础底板底部垫层及杯型基础上部施工SBS防水卷材及防水保护层;步骤7、施工完成后绑扎基础底板钢筋及浇筑基础底板混凝土。本发明用以解决抗浮锚杆与基础交接处防水渗漏问题。
