A waterproof construction method for the joint of an anti-drawing anti-floating anchor rod and a foundation comprises the following steps that an anchor rod hole is excavated in the bottom of a cup-shaped foundation pit, the anchor rod is controlled to be in a folded state, the anchor rod and a grouting pipe are put into the anchor rod hole at the same time, an opening mechanism is controlled to be in an unfolded state, and a high-strength grouting material is injected into the anchor rod hole through the grouting pipe; and performing waterproof construction at the bottom of the foundation pit and waterproof construction at the top of the foundation pit. According to the method, a special anchor rod structure, a circular cup opening and a construction method are adopted, the drawing resistance of an anchor rod body and the overall anchoring capacity of the anti-floating anchor rod are improved, the probability that the joint of the anchor rod body and a foundation rubs to generate cracks is reduced, and the overall waterproof effect is improved; and meanwhile, the anchor rod body is accurately mounted through the design of the centering mechanism, so that the high-strength slurry can be uniformly filled between the anchor rod and the hole wall of the anchor rod, and the reliability and waterproof performance of overall construction are further improved.
一种抗拉拔的抗浮锚杆与基础交接处的防水施工方法,包括以下步骤:在杯型的基坑底部开挖锚杆孔、控制锚杆为收拢状态并将其与注浆管同时下入锚杆孔内、控制所述撑开机构为展开状态,并通过注浆管向锚固孔内注入高强灌浆料,并养护至设计强度、基坑底部防水施工和基坑顶部防水施工。该方法采用特殊的锚杆结构、圆形杯口和施工方法,提高了锚杆体抵抗拉拔的能力和抗浮锚杆整体的锚固能力,并降低了锚杆体与基础交接处发生搓动产生裂缝的概率,提高了整体防水效果;同时通过对中机构的设计使锚杆体精确安装,使得高强浆料能够均匀的填充在锚杆与锚杆孔壁之间,进一步提高了整体施工的可靠性和防水性能。
