The invention discloses a road bridge crack detection device which structurally comprises a detector, a cable and a main body, the top end of the detector is connected with the end face of the cable, the tail end of the cable is connected with the side end face of the main body, and the main body comprises a frame body, a connector, a fixing device, a camera and a supporting ring. A cable is arranged in the frame body, a connector is arranged on the side end face of the frame body, the connector is connected with the tail end of the cable, the number of the fixing devices is two, the fixing devices are arranged at the left end and the right end of the frame body respectively, and the camera is installed at the bottom end of the interior of the frame body. Then the two expansion pieces can be ejected open through the bottom end face of the threaded rod, the end faces of the two expansion pieces are attached to the end face of the crack for friction, and therefore the frame body is fixed to the end face of the crack for camera shooting, and a worker can operate the detector with the two hands.
