The invention discloses a crack pouring device for roads and bridges, comprising: a main body frame unit comprising a walking seat, a pull handle fixedly mounted at one end of the upper side wall of the walking seat, and a liquid storage tank fixedly mounted at the center of the upper side wall of the walking seat, the liquid storage tank is divided into a storage cavity and a blanking cavity which are arranged in parallel by a partition plate, the storage cavity is communicated with the blanking cavity through a stop valve; the uniform discharging unit comprises a plurality of sets of discharging nozzles which are fixedly installed at the lower end of the walking base and communicate with the discharging cavity, a corresponding spiral conveying rod is rotationally installed in each discharging nozzle, a first motor is fixedly installed at the lower end of the side wall of the liquid storage box, and an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the side wall of the liquid storage box and is fixedly connected with a rotating rod; the rotating rod is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the discharging cavity. According to the feeding device, the defect that the feeding nozzle is blocked due to the fact that the crack pouring liquid is easily adhered to the interior of the feeding nozzle can be overcome while the crack pouring liquid can be quantitatively conveyed.
本发明公开了道路桥梁用的灌缝装置,包括:主体框架单元,其包括行走座、固定安装在行走座上侧壁一端的拉柄以及固定安装在行走座上侧壁中心处的储液箱,所述储液箱内通过分隔板分隔成并列设置的储料腔和下料腔,且储料腔与下料腔通过截止阀门连通;均匀下料单元,其包括多组固定安装在行走座下端并与下料腔连通的下料嘴,每个所述下料嘴内均转动安装有对应的螺旋输送杆,所述储液箱侧壁下端固定安装有第一电机,所述第一电机输出轴贯穿储液箱侧壁固定连接有转杆,所述转杆与下料腔内壁转动连接。本发明能够对灌缝液定量输送的同时,又能解决灌缝液容易粘附在下料嘴内部导致下料嘴堵塞的缺陷。
