The invention relates to a horn rock similar material for simulating metal mine surrounding rock. The horn rock similar material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25-30% of quartz sand, 11-35% of iron powder, 5-52% of barite powder, 0-30% of gypsum and 7-10% of glycerol. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the keratinite similar material for simulating the metal mine surrounding rock. The keratinite similar material prepared by the technical scheme of the invention not only can meet the main physical and mechanical properties of protolith, but also can be used for simulating more types of keratinite, so that technical guidance can be provided for metal mine model tests related to the keratinite. In addition, the raw materials of the keratinite similar material are easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the preparation method is simple and convenient.
本发明涉及一种模拟金属矿围岩的角岩相似材料,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:石英砂25‑30%、铁粉11‑35%、重晶石粉5‑52%、石膏0‑30%和甘油7‑10%。本发明还保护上述模拟金属矿围岩的角岩相似材料的制备方法。采用本发明技术方案制备的角岩相似材料不仅能够满足原岩的主要物理力学性能,而且可用来模拟的角岩种类较多,从而可为有关角岩的金属矿山模型试验提供技术指导。此外,所述角岩相似材料的原料取材简单、成本较低,制备方法简便。
