The invention discloses a cement additive and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cement admixtures, the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) esterification of polyhydroxy organic amine: mixing polyhydroxy organic amine with unsaturated carboxylic acid, and adding a catalyst for catalytic reaction to obtain esterified polyhydroxy organic amine; and 2) free radical polymerization: preparing the esterified polyhydroxy organic amine into an esterified polyhydroxy organic amine aqueous solution, then sequentially dropwise adding an anionic polymerization monomer solution, a cationic polymerization monomer solution, an initiator solution and a chain transfer agent solution, and reacting to obtain the cement admixture. The invention also discloses the cement admixture prepared by the preparation method and application of the cement admixture in improvement of cement adaptability. Alcohol amine molecules are reassembled to synthesize an amphoteric polymer with a star-shaped structure, so that the cement grinding aid performance can be enhanced, the dispersion of cement particles can be promoted, and the cement adaptability can be improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥外加剂及其制备方法与应用，属于水泥外加剂技术领域，该制备方法包括以下步骤：1)多羟基有机胺的酯化：将多羟基有机胺与不饱和羧酸混合后，加入催化剂进行催化反应，得到酯化多羟基有机胺；2)自由基聚合：将所述酯化多羟基有机胺配制为酯化多羟基有机胺水溶液，然后依次滴加阴离子聚合单体溶液、阳离子聚合单体溶液、引发剂溶液和链转移剂溶液，经反应后，得到所述水泥外加剂。本发明还公开了上述制备方法制备得到的水泥外加剂及其在提升水泥适应性中的应用。本发明对醇胺分子进行重新组装，合成出一种星形结构的两性聚合物，不仅能够实现水泥助磨性能的增强，而且可以促进水泥颗粒的分散，改善水泥适应性。
