The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to provide the dry powdery cement admixture, so that the dry powdery cement admixture has better performance when being matched with a concrete system of a downstream supplier for use. The strength of the concrete can still reach a better level after the addition proportion of the cementing material is greatly reduced during concrete preparation, and the cost is saved, so that the concrete is more practical.
