Iron tower short pile-inclined anchor composite foundation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an iron tower short pile-inclined anchor composite foundation and a construction method thereof.According to the foundation form, short piles are used in an overlying thick soil layer, inclined anchors are used in underlying bedrock, and then the short piles and the inclined anchors are organically connected together through slurry, so that a novel foundation is formed; therefore, when the tower foundation faces the complex geological condition of the soil-rock composite stratum, a rock foundation or a hole digging pile foundation mode is not singly adopted any more, and the conditions that pores are blocked, vibration cannot be achieved, the engineering quality is affected and the cost is increased due to the fact that only the rock foundation is adopted are avoided; and the conditions that the bearing requirement cannot be met only by adopting a hole digging pile foundation form, lower bedrock needs to be blasted to reach the designed burial depth, and time and labor are wasted are avoided, and the adaptability of the tower foundation is improved. In addition, an umbrella-shaped structure composed of inclined anchors is adopted under bedrock of the foundation form, the anti-overturning performance of the tower foundation is enhanced, and a reference is provided for solving the problem that the lateral deformation resisting effect of the high outcrop tower foundation is poor.
本发明公开了一种铁塔短桩‑斜锚复合基础及其施工方法,该基础形式通过在上覆厚土层中使用短桩,在下卧基岩中运用斜锚,再用浆料将两者有机连结到一起,形成一种新式基础,使得杆塔基础在面临此类土岩复合地层的复杂地质情况时,不再单一的采用岩石类基础或挖孔桩基础形式,避免了仅采岩石类基础易造成毛孔堵塞,无法振捣,影响工程质量、增加成本的情况;也避免了仅采用挖孔桩基础形式无法满足承载要求,需要进行爆破下部基岩以达到设计埋深,费时费力的情况,增加了杆塔基础的适应性。此外,该基础形式基岩下采用由斜锚组成的伞形结构,增强了杆塔基础的抗倾覆性能,对高露头杆塔基础抵抗侧向变形效果较差的问题,提供了参考。
