The invention relates to the technical field of container equipment base plates, in particular to a base plate mounting method. The base plate mounting method comprises the following steps that S1, a base plate penetrates through an embedded part, and the bottom face of the base plate is mounted at the top ends of a plurality of height-adjustable supporting devices; wherein the embedded part and the supporting devices are fixedly connected with the concrete foundation and vertically extend out of the top of the concrete foundation, and all the supporting devices are distributed around the embedded part in the circumferential direction; s2, the height of the supporting device is adjusted so that the top face of the base plate can reach the designed elevation and the designed levelness; s3, a secondary grouting layer is formed in the area which is located between the base plate and the concrete foundation and surrounded by all the supporting devices; s4, the height of the supporting device is adjusted so that the top face of the base plate can reach the designed levelness; and S5, a third-time grouting layer is formed in the area located between the base plate and the concrete foundation and located on the transverse outer side of the second-time grouting layer, and the supporting device is poured in the third-time grouting layer. According to the scheme, the base plate can have good levelness.
本发明涉及容器设备垫板技术领域,具体地涉及垫板安装方法。垫板安装方法包括以下步骤:S1、将垫板穿过预埋件,并将垫板的底面安装在多个高度可调节的支撑装置的顶端;其中预埋件和支撑装置分别与混凝土基础固定连接并从混凝土基础的顶部垂直伸出,所有支撑装置周向围绕预埋件分布;S2、调节支撑装置的高度,以使垫板的顶面达到设计标高和设计水平度;S3、在位于垫板和混凝土基础之间且被所有支撑装置围绕的区域内形成二次灌浆层;S4、调节支撑装置的高度,以使垫板的顶面达到设计水平度;S5、在位于垫板和混凝土基础之间且位于二次灌浆层横向外侧的区域内形成三次灌浆层,且支撑装置浇筑在三次灌浆层中。本方案能够使垫板具有良好的水平度。
