Oversized dynamic load floor structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a construction method of a super-large dynamic load floor slab. The construction method comprises the steps that a structural bottom plate is laid at a set position; mounting a prefabricated damping belt on the structural bottom plate; a waterproof layer, a heat preservation layer and a backfill layer are sequentially laid on the upper layer of the structural bottom plate and laid along the side wall of the prefabricated damping belt; a plurality of prefabricated surface layer blocks are spliced to form a surface layer, and the surface layer covers the backfill layer and the upper portion of the prefabricated damping belt; and bookshelf rails are mounted on the surface layer and correspond to the prefabricated damping belts up and down. According to the bookshelf, the prefabricated damping belts are adopted as main stress components of bookshelf loads, the prefabricated damping belts can directly transmit force borne by the upper portion to the lower structure bottom plate and the foundation layer, the surface layer cracking situation is reduced, the arranged backfilling layer can reduce the concrete backfilling amount, the situation that the loads of the structure are increased is avoided, and the engineering cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种超大动荷载楼板施工方法包括:在设定位置处铺设结构底板;在结构底板上安装预制减震带;在结构底板上层依次铺设防水层、保温层以及回填层,防水层、保温层以及回填层沿着预制减震带的侧壁铺设;将多个预制面层块拼接形成面层,面层覆盖在回填层以及预制减震带上部;在面层上安装书架轨道,书架轨道与预制减震带上下对应。本发明中,采用预制减震带作为书架荷载主要受力构件,预制减震带可以直接将上部承受的力传递至下部结构底板及地基基础层,减少面层开裂情况,而且设置的回填层可以减少混凝土回填量,避免加大结构本身荷载,减少工程成本。
