The invention relates to a brand-new ceramic tile paving process. The method comprises innovation and invention of the technological process. The technological process comprises the following three steps: (1) constructing a foundation leveling layer; (2) constructing a sponge cement paste layer; and 3) tiling construction of the ceramic tiles. As shown in Figure 1, sponge and cement paste are used in the process. Cement paste is poured on the sponge, and the sponge is extruded to fully absorb the cement paste to a saturated state to form a sponge cement paste plate 2; and the sponge cement slurry board 2, the ceramic tile back surface 3 and the base layer 1 are tightly contacted until the sponge cement slurry board is hardened and completely dried, so that the three layers are firmly and uniformly adhered together. And the sponge cement tile plate is formed. The sponge cement in the sponge cement ceramic tile plate has porosity and certain toughness and elasticity, so that the ceramic tile can be effectively prevented from cracking due to uneven deformation. The sponge cement ceramic tile plate and the base layer 1 are layered in an interface mode. Therefore, during maintenance, construction can be carried out again after the cracked sponge cement tile plate area is removed, the foundation layer 1 does not need to be damaged, and maintenance construction is facilitated.
本发明一种全新的瓷砖铺贴工艺。它包括工艺流程的创新发明。本发明的工艺流程分三个流程施工:1)基础找平层施工;2)海绵水泥浆层施工;3)瓷砖平铺施工。如图1在工艺中使用了海绵和水泥浆。在海绵上浇灌水泥浆,挤压海绵,让海绵充分吸收水泥浆至饱和状态形成海绵水泥浆板2。海绵水泥浆板2与瓷砖背面3和基础层1紧密接触至海绵水泥板硬化干透,三者就牢固均匀的粘贴在一起。形成了海绵水泥瓷砖板。该海绵水泥瓷砖板中的海绵水泥具有多孔性和一定的韧性弹性可有效防止瓷砖因形变不均产生开裂。该海绵水泥瓷砖板与基础层1是有界面分层的。所以维修时只要将开裂的海绵水泥瓷砖板区域清除后再重新施工即可,不需要破坏到基础层1,方便维修施工。
