Tile paving construction method
The invention discloses a ceramic tile paving construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, paving a gravel layer on a concrete floor of a floor slab, and leveling the gravel layer; secondly, a dry and hard mortar layer is laid on the gravel layer and leveled; then ceramic tile gum is scraped on the back faces of the ceramic tiles, then the ceramic tiles are laid on the mortar layer, an expansion joint is arranged between every set number of ceramic tiles, and the expansion joints penetrate through the mortar layer; and finally, sealing glue is used for conducting joint filling on the expansion joint. Wherein the thickness of the gravel layer is 4 cm. The set number is any integer of 8, 9 and 10. And the gravel layer is leveled through the dry and hard mortar layer. The rubble layer and the dry and hard mortar layer are used for paving the tiles, and the space required by deformation generated when the rubble layer and the mortar layer are subjected to thermal expansion and cold contraction is ensured through the expansion joints, so that hollowing or warping of the tiles cannot be generated even if the rubble layer and the mortar layer are subjected to thermal expansion and cold contraction after paving.
本发明公开了一种瓷砖铺贴施工方法,包括以下步骤,首先在楼板的混凝土地面上铺设碎石层,并将碎石层找平;其次在碎石层上铺设干硬性的砂浆层并找平;然后将瓷砖的背面刮瓷砖背胶后将瓷砖铺贴到砂浆层上,且每设定数量块瓷砖之间设置一道伸缩缝,将伸缩缝贯穿砂浆层;最后使用密封胶对所述伸缩缝处理填缝。其中,所述碎石层的厚度为4厘米。所述设定数量为8、9、10之中的任意一个整数。将碎石层找平通过干硬性的砂浆层进行找平。本发明使用碎石层和干硬性的砂浆层铺贴瓷砖,并且通过伸缩缝确保碎石层和砂浆层在受到热胀冷缩的时候产生的形变所需要的空间,从而在铺设后即是遇到了热胀冷缩也不会产生瓷砖的空鼓或起翘。
