The invention discloses a prefabricated sandwich composite stand column, a connecting structure of the prefabricated sandwich composite stand column and a bearing platform and a construction method. The prefabricated sandwich composite stand column comprises an outer stand column and an inner stand column which are tubular and coaxially arranged, and a gap of 200 mm or above exists between the outer stand column and the inner stand column; inner-outer stand column connecting ribs are arranged in the gaps; the lower ends of the outer upright post and the inner upright post are fixed on the bearing platform; a bearing platform reserved steel bar which vertically extends upwards is arranged at the position, corresponding to the gap, on the bearing platform; the gaps are filled with concrete to fixedly connect the inner-outer stand column connecting ribs and the bearing platform reserved steel bars into a whole. During construction, the outer stand column, the inner stand column and the bearing platform are poured firstly; then the outer stand column and the inner stand column are connected through inner-outer stand column connecting ribs; finally, after the outer stand column and the inner stand column are in place on the bearing platform, concrete is poured into the gap to be solidified into a whole. The connecting mode of the prefabricated stand columns in bridge construction is more convenient, the tolerance is larger, the weight of the prefabricated stand columns is reduced, transportation and hoisting are convenient, and meanwhile the transportation and hoisting length of the prefabricated stand columns can be increased.
本发明公开了预制夹心复合立柱及其与承台的连接构造及施工方法,包括呈管状并同轴设置的外立柱和内立柱,之间存在200毫米以上的间隙;间隙内设有内‑外立柱连接筋;外立柱和内立柱的下端均固定在承台的上面;承台的上面,对应间隙的位置设有竖直向上延伸的承台预留钢筋;间隙内填充混凝土将内‑外立柱连接筋和承台预留钢筋固结为一体。施工时,先分别浇筑外立柱、内立柱和承台;然后通过内‑外立柱连接筋连接外立柱和内立柱;最后将外立柱和内立柱在承台上就位后,在间隙内浇筑混凝土固结为一体。本发明使桥梁建造中的预制立柱连接方式更加方便、容差更大,减轻预制立柱的重量,方便运输和吊装,同时也可以增大预制立柱的运输和吊装长度。
