The large-span high-fall overwater trestle construction temporary supporting device comprises cross beams, the cross beams are located on the front side and the rear side of a steel pipe pile, the upper side and the lower side of each cross beam are each connected with a plurality of supporting brackets, the two ends of the top of each cross beam are each connected with an inclined strut, and the tops of the inclined struts at the top of the same cross beam are connected; a fixed pulley supporting rod is connected between the tops of the front inclined strut and the rear inclined strut, a fixed pulley is arranged on the outer side of the fixed pulley supporting rod in a sleeving mode, cross braces are connected to the middles of the inclined struts, a plurality of horizontal braces are vertically connected between the cross braces on the front side and the rear side, and a rope winding machine supporting plate is connected to the tops of the horizontal braces. The hydraulic automatic rope winding machine is connected with a plurality of steel strands, the steel strands wind around the fixed pulleys, and a bailey piece supporting rod is connected between the steel strands on the two sides of the trestle. The trestle is high in safety and good in stability, construction machinery is arranged on the trestle for construction, and safety accidents are small.
本发明是一种大跨度高落差水上栈桥施工临时支撑装置及施工方法,包括横梁,横梁位于钢管桩前后两侧,横梁上下两侧均连接有若干支承牛腿,横梁顶部两端均连接有斜撑,同一横梁顶部的斜撑顶部相连接,前后的斜撑顶部之间连接有定滑轮撑杆,定滑轮撑杆外侧套设有定滑轮,斜撑中部连接有横撑,前后两侧的横撑之间垂直连接有若干平撑,平撑顶部连接有收绳机撑板,收绳机撑板顶部焊接有液压自动收绳机,液压自动收绳机连接有若干钢绞线,钢绞线绕过定滑轮,栈桥两侧的钢绞线之间连接有贝雷片撑杆。本发明安全性高、稳定性好,施工机械布设在栈桥上进行施工,发生安全事故较小。
