Rapid fixing method for installation of combined girder bridge steel longitudinal beam cantilever
The invention discloses a quick fixing method for mounting a steel longitudinal beam cantilever of a combined beam bridge. The quick fixing method comprises the steps that a bottom bracket and a top opposite-pulling device are fixedly arranged at the bottom and the top of a steel longitudinal beam correspondingly; hoisting the to-be-mounted steel longitudinal beam to the front of the mounted steel longitudinal beam, and descending to a preset connecting position; the bottom bracket is used for bearing the to-be-mounted steel longitudinal beam; middle nail punching is conducted on the to-be-installed steel longitudinal beam and the installed steel longitudinal beam; and the to-be-installed steel longitudinal beam and the installed steel longitudinal beam are oppositely pulled and fixed through a top oppositely-pulling device. According to the cantilever splicing construction steel structure bridge, the mode of top opposite pulling, bottom bracket supporting and middle nail punching is adopted, fixing between the steel longitudinal beams is rapidly completed, and normal operation of a railway line below is guaranteed in time.
本发明公开了一种结合梁桥钢纵梁悬臂安装快速固定方法,包括:在钢纵梁的底部和顶部分别固定设置底部托架和顶部对拉装置;起吊待安装钢纵梁至已安装钢纵梁的前方,降落至预定连接位置;使用底部托架承载待安装钢纵梁;对待安装钢纵梁和已安装钢纵梁进行中部冲钉;使用顶部对拉装置对待安装钢纵梁和已安装钢纵梁进行对拉固定。本发明针对悬拼施工钢结构桥梁,采用顶部对拉、底部托架及中部冲钉的方式,快速完成钢纵梁间固定,及时保证下方铁路线的正常运营。
