Pile body strain separation type testing device and method facilitating sensor installation
The invention discloses a pile body strain separation type testing device facilitating sensor installation, which comprises a pile body, a concrete pile body strain testing device, a steel pipe pile body strain testing device and a lifting assembly, the pile body comprises a concrete pile body and a steel pipe pile body which are connected together in the vertical direction, a reserved groove is dug in the concrete pile body, and a sensor is arranged in the reserved groove. The preformed groove is formed in the axial direction of the concrete pile body, the concrete pile body strain testing device is installed in the preformed groove, the steel pipe pile body strain testing device is installed on the outer side wall of the pile body and installed on the outer side wall of the pile body in the axial direction of the pile body, and the lifting assembly is installed at the top end or the outer portion of the steel pipe pile body and located on the lateral upper portion of the pile body. The lifting assembly is connected with the steel pipe pile body strain testing device and used for driving the steel pipe pile body strain testing device to reach different positions of the steel pipe pile body, and therefore strain data of the different positions of the steel pipe pile body can be measured. The strain gauges can reach different positions according to needs, and strain data of the needed positions can be collected.
