The invention discloses a steel ladle cover composite structure refractory lining which comprises a shell coaming and a shell panel lined at the bottom of the shell coaming, the surface of the shell panel is provided with an auxiliary hole with the inner surface and the outer surface penetrating through, and an auxiliary hole coaming is arranged around the auxiliary hole; a circle of heavy refractory material pouring bodies are arranged on the edge of the inner surface of the shell panel at intervals, and a circle of heavy refractory material pouring bodies are arranged on the inner surface of the shell panel and located on the periphery of the auxiliary hole coaming at intervals; and a light refractory material casting body is completely cast on the inner surface of the shell panel at the part where the heavy refractory material casting body is not cast. The combined structural design of the heavy refractory material casting body and the light refractory material casting body is adopted, and the mechanical impact resistance of the refractory lining of the steel ladle cover is improved through the high strength of the heavy refractory material casting body; the V-shaped metal anchoring parts and the double-V-shaped metal anchoring parts of the light refractory material pouring body are arranged at intervals in a staggered manner, so that the anchoring force of the anchoring parts on the light refractory material pouring body is improved.
