The concrete treatment device comprises a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises a fixed seat and a movable seat, and the movable seat is movably connected to the fixed seat; the executing mechanism comprises a grinding assembly or a cutting assembly, the grinding assembly comprises a first connecting part and a grinding module, the grinding module is connected to the first connecting part, the first connecting part is used for being connected with the movable seat, the cutting assembly comprises a second connecting part and a cutting module, and the cutting module is connected to the second connecting part; the second connecting part is used for connecting the movable seat. According to the concrete treatment device, one of the first connecting part and the second connecting part is selectively connected with the movable seat, and the function that the movable seat can move relative to the fixed seat is combined, so that the concrete treatment device can meet different working requirements, and the wall surface treatment robot applying the concrete treatment device can have the grinding and cutting functions; the cost is reduced; and the operation efficiency is improved.
