Partially decomposed dolomite and method for preparing and co-producing calcium and/or magnesium chemicals
The invention discloses partially decomposed dolomite which is a mineral containing at least one of magnesian calcite and calcite and periclase and a preparation method of the partially decomposed dolomite, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of: calcining mixed powder of dolomite and a decomposition aid at normal pressure and mild temperature of 400-700 DEG C; the magnesium carbonate in the dolomite is partially decomposed while the calcium carbonate is not decomposed, so that the partially decomposed dolomite is prepared; the decomposition aid is at least one of halide, phosphate, hydrophosphate, dihydric phosphate, pyrophosphate, metaphosphate and hydroxide. The invention also provides a method for preparing a calcium chemical (calcite or magnesian calcite) and a magnesium chemical (magnesium hydroxide or magnesium oxide) by using the partially decomposed dolomite. Controllable decomposition of dolomite is achieved, production energy consumption is low, the process is simple and controllable, and industrial large-scale production is easy to achieve.
本发明公开了一种部分分解白云石,其为包含镁质方解石、方解石中的至少一种以及方镁石的矿物及其制备方法,其特征在于:将白云石和分解助剂的混合粉末在常压和400℃~700℃的温和温度下煅烧,使白云石中碳酸镁发生部分分解而碳酸钙不分解,制得所述的部分分解白云石;所述的分解助剂为卤化物、磷酸盐、磷酸氢盐、磷酸二氢盐、焦磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、氢氧化物中的至少一种。本发明还提供了利用所述的部分分解白云石制备钙化学品(方解石或镁质方解石)和镁化学品(氢氧化镁或氧化镁)的方法。本发明实现了白云石可控分解,且生产能耗低,工艺简单、可控,易实现工业化规模生产。
