Chloride ion erosion resistant sea sand concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to chloride ion erosion resistant sea sand concrete and a preparation method thereof. The chloride ion erosion resistant sea sand concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-250 parts of cement; 165 to 175 parts of water; 40 to 140 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder; 40 to 100 parts of fly ash; 700 to 800 parts of pretreated sea sand; 900 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate; 3-4 parts of an efficient water reducing agent; and 0.12 to 0.16 part of a chemical viscosity reducer. After the sea sand treated by the slightly alkaline calcium silicate hydrate gel is doped, the structural performance of the sea sand-cement-based interface layer, especially the interface layer of the area below the sea sand, is effectively improved, and chloride ions in the sea sand are prevented from being released. Besides, the superfine mineral powder and the fly ash are compounded and doped, so that the compactness of a concrete cementing material matrix is effectively improved, external chloride ions are effectively prevented from invading, the durability of a reinforced concrete structure can be effectively improved, and the green transformation requirement of traditional concrete is met.
