Chloride ion erosion resistant recycled coarse and fine aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to chloride ion erosion resistant recycled coarse and fine aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The chloride ion permeability resistance of recycled aggregate concrete prepared by a conventional method is poor. In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the recycled coarse and fine aggregate concrete resistant to chloride ion corrosion, which is prepared by the following steps: premixing and stirring recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, natural gravel and natural sand to form an aggregate mixture, soaking the aggregate mixture in water, so that the aggregate mixture fully absorbs water to obtain a pre-impregnated aggregate mixture, and curing the pre-impregnated aggregate mixture to obtain the recycled coarse and fine aggregate concrete resistant to chloride ion corrosion. According to the process, the pre-impregnated aggregate mixture is uniformly mixed with other raw materials, so that the obtained concrete has better chloride ion corrosion resistance, and meanwhile, the strength and durability of the obtained concrete in the construction process are ensured by accurately controlling the effective water-binder ratio.
