Energy-saving support pile system and construction method thereof
The invention provides an energy-saving supporting pile system which comprises a foundation pit and a ground, the foundation pit is arranged below the ground, a supporting assembly is arranged in the foundation pit, and the supporting assembly comprises a supporting pile, a supporting plate, a cast-in-place pile, a preformed hole, a first steel bar, a second steel bar, a preformed groove and an inserting groove. The construction efficiency can be improved by prefabricating the supporting piles, the fender posts, the fender rods and other accessories, the supporting piles are of hollow structures, the weight reducing grooves are formed between the fender rods, transportation of the supporting system accessories can be facilitated, the fender posts and the fender rods are fixed through the top beams, the overall stability of the supporting system can be enhanced, and the supporting system is convenient to use. By reducing the number of dug holes and pouring, the construction progress can be accelerated, manpower and material resources are saved, meanwhile, the connection stability between the supporting system and the foundation pit is improved through the fender posts, the supporting system can evenly bear transverse stress of the foundation pit, and a soil layer on the side wall of the foundation pit is prevented from collapsing.
