Waterproof structure at deformation joint of comprehensive pipe gallery and construction method of waterproof structure
The invention discloses a waterproof structure at a deformation joint of a utility tunnel and a construction method thereof, and the waterproof structure at the deformation joint of the utility tunnel comprises a first waterproof structure which is laid at the lower part and the side part of a bottom plate of the utility tunnel; the second waterproof structures are embedded in the comprehensive pipe gallery bottom plates and/or fixed to the outer surfaces of the comprehensive pipe gallery bottom plates, and the second waterproof structures are arranged at the deformation joints of the two adjacent comprehensive pipe gallery bottom plates; and the grouting guide pipe combined waterproof system is buried in the comprehensive pipe gallery bottom plate, and a discharging opening of the grouting guide pipe combined waterproof system is located at the deformation joint or the construction joint. Depending on the self-waterproof characteristic of a concrete structure, the waterproof mode of combining coiled material waterproof and flexible waterproof materials is adopted, meanwhile, the grouting guide pipe is buried, adverse factors such as pipe gallery later-period settlement are considered, multiple waterproof systems are adopted, the waterproof effect of the deformation joint of the comprehensive pipe gallery is guaranteed, and the leakage problem of the comprehensive pipe gallery is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种综合管廊变形缝处防水结构及其施工方法,所述综合管廊变形缝处防水结构包括:第一防水结构,铺于综合管廊底板的下方和侧部;第二防水结构,埋设在综合管廊底板内部和/或固定于综合管廊底板外表面,所述第二防水结构设置在相邻的两综合管廊底板的变形缝处;注浆导管组合防水体系,埋设于综合管廊底板内部,且所述注浆导管组合防水体系的出料口位于变形缝或施工缝处。本发明依靠混凝土结构自防水特点,采用卷材防水加柔性防水材料相结合的防水形式,同时埋设注浆导管,考虑了管廊后期沉降等不利因素,多重防水体系,保障了综合管廊变形缝处的防水效果,有效解决了综合管廊的渗漏问题。
