Environment-friendly recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses environment-friendly recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly recycled concreteis prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1000-1500 parts of concrete recycled aggregate; 200-300 parts of cement; 200-300 parts of water; 5-10 parts of a water reducing agent; 5-7 parts of an air entraining agent; 5-7 parts of isoprene; and 500-600 parts of a filling material; wherein the concrete recycled aggregate comprises recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate in a weight ratio of 1:(1-1.5). The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the concrete recycled aggregate and the filler to obtain a mixture A; adding cement, a water reducing agent, an air entraining agent and isoprene into water, and stirring to obtain a mixture B; adding the mixture B into the mixture A, and stirring and mixing all the components. According to the environment-friendly recycled concrete, waste concrete is used as a raw material, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, meanwhile, the production cost is reduced, and sustainable development is promoted.
