Environment-friendly recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses environment-friendly recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly recycled concrete is prepared from the following components: recycled coarse aggregate, natural coarse aggregate, cement, fly ash, natural sand, a water reducing agent and hydrotalcite-like compound, the hydrotalcite-like compound is a double metal hydroxide; the double-metal hydroxide is selected from any one of magnesium-aluminum hydroxide, zinc-aluminum hydroxide and magnesium-chromium hydroxide. The environment-friendly recycled concrete provided by the invention is prepared from recycled aggregate, waste concrete can be consumed, and stacking of construction waste is reduced; the recycled concrete is also added with fly ash for filling gaps among aggregates, so that the mechanical strength of the recycled concrete is enhanced through grain composition, the exploitation and consumption of resources are reduced, industrial waste residues are turned into wealth, and the sustainable development of the resource environment is facilitated.
