Preparation method of carbon fiber cement composite material
The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon fiber cement composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 500-900 parts of cement, 300-650 parts of water, 30-85 parts of carbon fibers, 150-220 parts of silicon powder, 1-4 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 8-10 parts of a defoaming agent and 0.5-1.3 parts of sodium carbonate; (2) performing first stirring and mixing on cement, carbon fibers, silicon powder, a dispersing agent and half of water to obtain a mixture; and (3) performing secondary stirring and mixing on the mixture, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, sodium carbonate and the rest of water to obtain the carbon fiber cement composite material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and low in cost, and the problem of dispersion of the carbon fibers in the cement-based material is solved by adopting a mode of stirring and mixing twice; the obtained carbon fiber cement composite material has excellent thermoelectric properties and mechanical properties, and has a wide application prospect.
本发明提供一种碳纤维水泥复合材料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)按照如下质量配比称取原料:水泥500~900份、水300~650份、碳纤维30~85份、硅粉150~220份、分散剂1~4份、减水剂1~5份、消泡剂8~10份和碳酸钠0.5~1.3份;(2)将水泥、碳纤维、硅粉、分散剂和一半的水进行第一搅拌混合,得到混合料;(3)将所述混合料与减水剂、消泡剂、碳酸钠和剩余的水进行第二搅拌混合,得到碳纤维水泥复合材料。本发明所述制备方法工艺简单,成本低廉,采用两次搅拌混合的方式,解决了碳纤维在水泥基材料中分散问题;得到的碳纤维水泥复合材料具有优异的热电性能和机械性能,应用前景广阔。
