Construction method of concrete replaceable pavement for large aircraft test
The invention discloses a construction method of a concrete replaceable test pavement for a large aircraft test. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, cutting a steel bar head on the side surface of a groove of a bearing platform (1), polishing and leveling an uneven place of concrete, chiseling the top surface of the concrete of the groove, and treating a net-shaped crack; s2, staking out in survey, re-checking the position and elevation of the groove, and pouring a fine aggregate concrete leveling layer; s3, laying a rubber plate; s4, side formworks are installed, reinforcing steel bars are bound, then end formworks are installed, and then concrete pouring, concrete surface galling, maintenance and end formwork disassembling are conducted; s5, when the concrete strength reaches 25%-30%, grooving is conducted; s6, the precast concrete test pavement panel is hoisted out, and edge covering angle steel is installed at the four longitudinal corners; s7, longitudinal expansion joint plates, prefabricated concrete test pavement plates and transverse joint plates are installed; and S8, longitudinal joint sealing materials are used for joint sealing. The method has the advantages of short construction period and high precision.
