Automatic plate turnover construction method for climbing of attached lifting scaffold
The invention discloses an attached type lifting scaffold climbing automatic turning plate construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the width of an auxiliary plate and the width of a turning plate are determined according to design parameters of an outer wall of a main body structure; 2, constructing an attached lifting scaffold; 3, initializing the attached lifting scaffold; fourthly, the infrared induction distance measuring instrument measures the distance and enables the turning plate to automatically stretch out; 5, automatically withdrawing the turning plate; sixthly, the attached lifting scaffold climbs to the next construction height; and seventhly, the fourth step to the sixth step are repeated till climbing construction of the attached type lifting scaffold is completed. Rotary motion of the turning plate is converted into horizontal telescopic motion through the electric telescopic rod, manual operation is completely liberated, the widths of the auxiliary plate and the turning plate are determined through deep design, automatic distance measurement is achieved through the infrared induction distance measuring instrument, and the device adapts to a concave-convex structure of an outer wall of a main body structure; the requirement for vertical climbing of the attached lifting scaffold outside the variable-cross-section high-rise building is met without replacing the turning plate or adjusting the structure and the position of the attached lifting scaffold.
本发明公开了一种附着式升降脚手架爬升自动翻板施工方法,包括步骤:一、根据主体结构外墙设计参数确定副板和翻板的宽度;二、构建附着式升降脚手架;三、初始化附着式升降脚手架;四、红外感应测距仪测距并使翻板自动伸出;五、翻板自动收回;六、附着式升降脚手架爬升至下一施工高度;七、多次循环步骤四至六,直至附着式升降脚手架爬升施工完毕。本发明利用电动伸缩杆将翻板的旋转运动变换为水平伸缩移动,完全解放人力操作,并通过深化设计确定副板和翻板的宽度,利用红外感应测距仪自动测距,适应主体结构外墙的凹凸结构,无需更换翻板或调节附着式升降脚手架结构和位置,满足变截面高层建筑外的附着式升降脚手架竖直爬升。
