Design, preparation and application of red mud and magnesium/calcium carbonate concrete mineral admixture
The invention relates to a design method and application of a concrete mineral admixture based on red mud and magnesium/calcium carbonate, the concrete mineral admixture comprises red mud, magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate, and the following conditions are satisfied: a) mMgO is less than or equal to mCO3; and b) 1/8mCO3 + 7/32mMgO < = mAl2O3 + mFe2O3 < = 1/4mCO3 + 3/16mMgO. Wherein mCO3 is the molar weight of carbonate in magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate, mAl2O3 is the molar weight of aluminum oxide in the red mud, and mFe2O3 is the molar weight of iron oxide in the red mud. Compared with the prior art, efficient hydration of the red mud is achieved through the chemical reaction between the red mud and calcium carbonate and magnesium, the pozzolanic activity of the red mud is improved, and the potential activity of calcium carbonate and magnesium materials is efficiently excited.
本发明涉及一种基于赤泥与碳酸镁/钙的混凝土矿物掺合料的设计方法与应用,包括赤泥、碳酸镁与碳酸钙,并满足:a)mMgO≤mCO3;b)1/8mCO3+7/32mMgO≤mAl2O3+mFe2O3≤1/4mCO3+3/16mMgO。其中,mCO3为碳酸镁与碳酸钙中碳酸根的摩尔量,mAl2O3为赤泥中氧化铝的摩尔量,mFe2O3为赤泥中氧化铁的摩尔量。与现有技术相比,本发明通过赤泥与碳酸钙、镁之间的化学反应,实现了赤泥的高效水化,提高了赤泥的火山灰活性,并高效激发了碳酸钙、镁质材料的潜在活性。
