The invention provides a soft soil foundation reinforcing method based on plain concrete piles. The soft soil foundation reinforcing method comprises the following steps that a site is hardened; positioning a pile hole; the drilling machine is moved to the position of the target pile hole, a pile hole sheath is arranged on the drilling machine in the vertical direction, the pile hole sheath is located above a drilling bit of the drilling machine, the lower end of the pile hole sheath is connected with the upper end of the drilling bit, and then the drilling bit is aligned to the position of the target pile hole; a drilling bit is driven to rotate, so that the drilling bit drills into the position of the target pile hole for hole forming, and meanwhile, the pile hole sheath is inserted into the target pile hole along with the drilling bit; cleaning the hole; pouring concrete; and the pile hole sheath and the drilling bit are removed, specifically, after concrete is poured, the pile hole sheath and the drilling bit are pulled out. According to the soft soil foundation reinforcing method, the problem of pile hole collapse can be effectively solved, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
