The invention provides a gravel pile-based soft soil foundation reinforcing device, which is vertically arranged on a vibroflot construction pile frame, is used for carrying out vibroflot construction on soft soil, and comprises a guide pipe, a vibration seat, a vibration body and a vibration head which are connected in sequence, the vibration seat is rotatably connected with the vibration body, a first driving device is arranged in the vibration seat, and the first driving device is used for driving the vibration body to rotate; the vibration body comprises a butt joint pipe and a vibration sleeve which are sequentially connected, the butt joint pipe sleeves the vibration seat and is rotationally connected with the vibration seat, and one end, away from the butt joint pipe, of the vibration sleeve is connected with the vibration head; a guide cavity is formed in the vibration sleeve in a penetrating mode in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the butt joint pipe, a first top sleeve and a second top sleeve which are in butt joint are slidably arranged in the guide cavity, butt joint openings are formed in the ends, close to each other, of the first top sleeve and the second top sleeve, and the end, close to the first top sleeve, of the second top sleeve is slidably arranged in the first top sleeve; the problems that the size of a manufactured gravel pile is limited, the construction efficiency is low and the like due to the fact that the vibration density range of a traditional vibroflot is limited are solved.
