The invention discloses a preparation process of an organic fiber additive for concrete, and relates to the technical field of PVC pipe preparation, and the preparation process specifically comprises the following steps: adding a chitosan-nano silver ion composite antibacterial agent into a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, namely the antibacterial agent for high-strength and high-performance concrete. According to the concrete additive disclosed by the invention, the antibacterial agent is added into the concrete additive, and the prepared concrete does not easily breed infectious microbes even if being used in a relatively humid environment in a use process, so that the whole prepared concrete has relatively good antibacterial property and corrosion resistance, the durability of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The organic fiber and the basalt fiber are doped, so that the prepared concrete and aggregate form a relatively good occlusion force, the defect of a multi-pore structure of ceramsite concrete is overcome, and the fiber is used as a secondary reinforcement material of the concrete and can also improve the crack resistance, the impermeability and the impact resistance of the concrete.
