Efficient fiber concrete preparation process
The invention relates to an efficient fiber concrete preparation process. The preparation process of the high-efficiency fiber concrete comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly stirring cement, sand, stones and fly ash to obtain a concrete premix; and S2, adding the infiltrated modified lignocellulose fiber, polypropylene fiber, a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, an organic silicon defoaming agent and water accounting for 90% of the total mass of the water into the concrete premix, uniformly stirring, then adding steel slag and the rest 10% of water, and mixing to obtain the high-efficiency fiber concrete. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the flowability of the concrete can be improved, the concrete is easier to pour and pump, the surface of the hardened concrete base material is smooth, and the mechanical property and durability of the concrete can be improved.
