The invention discloses a construction method of a pedestrian landscape bridge underneath passing through an existing viaduct bridge pier door opening. A connecting piece is pre-buried when a viaduct box girder is prefabricated; an upper lifting base is installed below the viaduct box girder and fixed to the connecting piece; a hanging bracket is mounted on the upper hanging seat of the support part, a track is mounted on the hanging bracket and penetrates through a bridge pier door opening, gaps are reserved in the two sides of a bridge pier respectively to be connected with the upper hanging seat of a bridge plate of the pedestrian landscape bridge penetrating through the bridge pier door opening, and a plurality of hoist cranes are mounted on the track; the bridge plate is provided with a lower lifting seat; the bridge plate is transferred to the position between the two bridge piers, a hoist crane is connected with the bridge plate, the bridge plate is hoisted to the set height, then the hoist crane is moved along the track, one end of the bridge plate penetrates through a bridge pier door opening, then the bridge plate is lowered to the installation position through the hoist crane, and the corresponding lower hoisting bases and the corresponding upper hoisting bases are connected through hoisting rods; and removing the hoist, the track and the hanging bracket. The pedestrian landscape bridge has the effect that the pedestrian landscape bridge can be conveniently constructed by relying on an existing viaduct pier door opening.
