The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of engineering construction, and discloses a real-time monitoring method for impermeable cement grouting. According to the method, the anti-seepage groove is dug in the side of the communication pipeline, so that the seepage pressure of cement paste is conveniently released in the cement grouting process; parameters of the anti-seepage groove are determined according to a foundation pit site, a communication pipeline and a grouting mode, it is ensured that the dug anti-seepage groove can be attached to the actual size of the foundation pit, and therefore the situation of cement paste seepage in the cement grouting process is effectively prevented; and the accumulation condition of the cement paste in the anti-permeation groove is monitored in real time through the infrared grating alarm, and excessive permeation cement paste is prevented and pumped out in advance, so that the cement paste is prevented from permeating into the communication pipeline, and the economic loss is reduced.
