Steel plate-concrete shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel plate-concrete shear wall and a construction method thereof. The steel plate-concrete shear wall comprises a built-in steel plate; the two opposite sides of the built-in steel plate are connected with the multiple anchoring rods correspondingly, the anchoring rods on the two sides of the built-in steel plate are coaxially arranged, pre-installed anchoring heads are detachably installed at the ends of part of the anchoring rods, and the outer diameter of the pre-installed anchoring heads is larger than that of the anchoring rods; the pre-pouring concrete wraps the built-in steel plate, the multiple anchoring rods and the pre-loading anchor head to form a consolidation layer, multiple post-pouring holes are formed in the outer side of the consolidation layer, and the ends of the other part of the anchoring rods extend into the post-pouring holes; the post-loading anchor head is detachably mounted at the end part of the other part of the anchoring rod and is accommodated in the post-pouring hole; and the post-pouring concrete is poured in the post-pouring hole and wraps the post-loading anchor head. The problem that the performance of the steel plate concrete shear wall is reduced due to the fact that holes are formed in the steel plate of the steel plate concrete shear wall to install the threaded rods is solved.
本发明公开了一种钢板‑混凝土剪力墙及其施工方法,包括:内置钢板;多根锚固杆,内置钢板的相对的两侧分别连接有多根锚固杆,内置钢板的两侧的锚固杆同轴设置,一部分锚固杆的端部可拆卸地安装有先装锚头,先装锚头的外径大于锚固杆的外径;先浇混凝土,先浇混凝土包覆于内置钢板、多根锚固杆和先装锚头以形成固结层,固结层的外侧形成有多个后浇孔,另一部分锚固杆的端部伸至后浇孔中;后装锚头,可拆卸地安装于另一部分锚固杆的端部且容置于后浇孔中;后浇混凝土,浇筑于后浇孔中且包覆于后装锚头。本发明解决了钢板混凝土剪力墙的钢板开孔以安装对螺杆,会导致钢板混凝土剪力墙性能有所降低的问题。
