Large-area carborundum terrace structural slab and surface layer one-time construction method
The invention discloses a one-time construction method for a large-area carborundum floor structural slab and a surface layer. The one-time construction method comprises the following steps that a bottom plate is poured; when the concrete of the bottom plate is initially set, a first carborundum layer is spread on the bottom plate; troweling the first carborundum layer; spreading a second carborundum layer on the second carborundum layer; troweling the second carborundum layer; before the concrete of the bottom plate is finally set, the second carborundum layer is polished; and after the strength of the concrete of the bottom plate reaches 5 Mpa, moisturizing cloth is laid on the polished second carborundum layer, and water is sprayed for maintenance. The method solves the problems that the quality problems of hollowing, flaking, cracking and the like easily occur when a traditional process is adopted for construction of the large-area carborundum floor of the factory building, meanwhile, the working procedures are complex, materials and labor are wasted, and the manufacturing cost and the construction period are increased.
本发明公开了一种大面积金刚砂地坪结构板与面层一次性施工方法,由以下步骤组成:浇筑底板;在所述底板的混凝土初凝时,于所述底板上撒布第一金刚砂层;抹光所述第一金刚砂层;于所述第二金刚砂层上撒布第二金刚砂层;抹光所述第二金刚砂层;在所述底板的混凝土终凝之前,抛光所述第二金刚砂层;在所述底板的混凝土的强度达到5Mpa后,于抛光后的所述第二金刚砂层上铺设保湿布并洒水养护。本发明解决了厂房大面积金刚砂地坪施工采用传统的工艺容易出现空鼓、起壳、裂缝等质量问题,同时工序复杂、浪费材料和人工、增加造价和工期的问题。
