The supporting assembly is arranged in the holding assembly, and the supporting assembly is rotationally connected with the holding assembly. Rotary opening of the holding assembly can be divided into multi-gear operation, the holding blocks can be selectively driven according to the diameter of the pier column, and the holding assembly is convenient to disassemble and clamp.
