The invention discloses a layered capping beam construction measure and a layered capping beam construction method, a capping beam is formed by pouring concrete through a concrete formwork, a steel structure stiffening beam with the same length as the capping beam is arranged at the top of the capping beam, and a combined section structure of an upper steel beam and a lower concrete beam is formed; a plurality of temporary anchors are arranged on the cover beam and the stiffening beam and are used for temporarily fixing the cover beam and the stiffening beam; the construction method comprises the steps of prefabricating the cover beam, assembling the cover beam and the stiffening beam, hoisting the cover beam, and completing pouring and dismantling operation of the cover beam. The concrete pouring thickness of the bottom layer of the cover beam can be greatly reduced, the load borne by the stiffening beam is small, the steel consumption is small, and therefore the overall weight is reduced. The structure stress in the bent cap hoisting and pouring process is improved, meanwhile, the functions of a hoisting platform, a construction platform, a formwork fixing device and the like are taken into consideration, the integration degree is high, operation is easy, and therefore convenience is brought to construction.
本发明公开了分层盖梁施工措施及分层盖梁施工方法,盖梁利用混凝土模板浇筑混凝土形成,在所述盖梁的顶部设置有与盖梁长度相同的钢结构加劲梁,形成上部钢梁、下部混凝土梁的组合断面结构;在所述盖梁上和所述加劲梁上设置有若干临时锚固,用于所述盖梁与所述加劲梁的临时固定;施工方法包括预制盖梁、组装盖梁和加劲梁、吊装盖梁、完成盖梁的浇筑、拆除作业。本发明可大幅降低盖梁底层混凝土浇筑厚度,且加劲梁承受的荷载较小,用钢量不大,从而降低了整体重量。在改善盖梁吊装浇筑过程中的结构受力的同时也兼顾吊装平台、施工平台、模板固定装置等功能,一体化程度高,操作简单,从而为施工带来便利。
