The invention relates to a construction method of a large-span cable-supported truss structure. Comprising the steps that the cable-supported truss structure is installed according to the main installation procedure and the secondary installation procedure from bottom to top; core tube construction and basement construction are conducted synchronously; after the structure goes out of the ground, steel trestles are erected on the two sides of the main body structure; the steel truss layer adopts a mounting method of ground assembly and integral hoisting; when the core tube is constructed to two layers above the plane where the steel truss layer is located, the crawler crane is used for installing the steel truss on the steel trestle; the steel frame layer is located above the steel truss layer, and after the steel truss layer is installed, the frame layer can be installed; after each layer of steel structure is installed, floor bearing plates are laid on the frame beams; and after all floors of the main body structure are constructed, the prestressed cables are tensioned. The overall construction method suitable for the cable-supported truss of any span is provided for solving the problems that a large-span cable-supported truss is complex in structure, difficult to construct and the like, and has the advantages of being high in installation precision, safe and reliable in construction process, short in construction period and the like.
本发明是一种大跨度索承桁架结构建造方法;包括索承桁架结构的安装按照由下到上、先主后次的安装工序进行施工;核心筒与地下室施工同步进行;结构出地面后,在主体结构两侧搭设钢栈桥;钢桁架层采取地面拼装,整体吊装的安装方法;核心筒施工至钢桁架层所在平面上方两层时,履带吊上钢栈桥进行钢桁架的安装;钢框架层位于钢桁架层上方,钢桁架层安装完毕后,方可进行的框架层的安装;每层钢结构安装完毕后,在框架梁上铺设楼承板;主体结构各楼层施工完毕后,进行预应力索的张拉。本方法针对大跨度索承桁架结构,结构复杂,施工困难等问题,提出一种适用于任意跨度索承桁架的整体建造方法,具有安装精度高、建造过程安全可靠、工期短等优势。
