The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to a composite ceramic chute and a preparation method and application thereof.The composite ceramic chute comprises a green body and a glaze surface, and the green body is prepared from 20-50 wt% of fused alumina zirconia, 15-25 wt% of AZS waste bricks, 5-15 wt% of zirconite, 10-20 wt% of first lithium chinastone, 2-10 wt% of composite micro powder and high-alumina cement; the glaze raw materials comprise 10 to 20 weight percent of second lithium chinastone, 5 to 10 weight percent of albite, 3 to 5 weight percent of kaolin, 3 to 5 weight percent of calcined kaolin, 5 to 10 weight percent of petalite, 5 to 10 weight percent of calcined talc, 5 to 20 weight percent of quartz, 2 to 10 weight percent of calcined zinc oxide, 4 to 8 weight percent of zirconium oxide and petalite. Air holes in the surface of the green body are sealed by glaze, so that the surface porosity is lower than 0.5%, and the green body is not easily eroded by a high-temperature solution in the using process.
