The invention discloses a convenient and synchronous erecting and disassembling method for shear wall pouring formworks on the two sides of an expansion joint, which changes the traditional method of erecting and disassembling a material transfer hole forming formwork and is characterized in that an integral frame-shaped mold is arranged on a floor plate pouring bottom formwork (1); the integral frame type mold is characterized in that the integral frame type mold is formed by fixedly connecting a square upper frame and a square horn mouth lower frame which are made of steel plates, the lower end of each vertical plate (2) of the square upper frame is fixedly connected with a 7-shaped lower steel plate (3), and the lower ends of the vertical plates (2) and the outer side ends of the top surfaces of horizontal plates of the 7-shaped lower steel plates (3) are fixedly welded together. The four 7-shaped lower steel plates form a closed square horn mouth lower frame, and the horizontal plates of the four 7-shaped lower steel plates form a closed square step (4) arranged in the frame; and haunched steel bars (5) are uniformly distributed and welded on the outer vertical surface of each vertical plate (2) of the square upper frame and the outer inclined surface of the 7-shaped lower steel plate.
