The invention discloses a precise positioning tool for a prefabricated pipe gallery embedded part and an assembling method. The tool comprises a sleeve type embedded part, a blocking steel ring, a bolt for sealing the embedded part, a nut matched with the bolt, an assembling steel plate for positioning, an assembling screw and a nut matched with the assembling steel plate. The assembling method comprises the steps of forming a hole site in the forming mould and welding the screw rod, closing the forming mould, installing the sleeve type embedded part, pouring the prefabricated pipe gallery, and assembling and disassembling the auxiliary matched tool. The sleeve type embedded parts are embedded into the forming mould in an assembling mode instead of welding, the phenomenon that concrete flows into the embedded parts in the forming process to cause failure of the embedded parts is avoided, the flatness of the end faces of the embedded parts and the inner surface of the prefabricated pipe gallery is guaranteed, and the accuracy of the relative positions of the embedded parts is improved.
本发明公开了一种预制管廊预埋件精准定位工装及装配方法，其工装包括套筒式预埋件、阻隔钢环、预埋件封闭用螺栓及配套螺母、定位用装配钢板、装配螺杆及配套螺母。装配方法包括成型胎具开设孔位与焊接螺杆作业、成型胎具合模、套筒式预埋件安装、预制管廊浇筑、辅助配套工装卸除。通过装配的方式代替焊接将套筒式预埋件嵌入成型胎具内部，避免了成型过程中混凝土流入预埋件使其失效的现象，保障了预埋件端面与预制管廊内表面的平整度，提升预埋件间相对位置的精准度。
