Recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of recycled concrete preparation. Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 200-500 parts of a cementing material; 300 to 430 parts of recycled aggregate; 200 to 320 parts of natural broken stone; 5-8 parts of an adhesive; the air entraining agent accounts for 0.02-0.05% of the adding mass of the cementing material; and 500 to 800 parts of neutral water. When the recycled concrete is prepared, water in a local area is guided into the water body treatment device, so that preparation of the recycled concrete can be completed under the condition that neutral water is not prepared externally, labor force and resources consumed for transporting central water from the outside are reduced, and the environment is protected; in addition, the phenomenon that internal steel bars of the prepared recycled concrete rust or internal expansion cracking occurs is reduced, and the quality of the recycled concrete is improved to a certain extent.
本发明公开了一种再生混凝土及其制备方法,涉及再生混凝土制备技术领域。包括胶凝材料:200份~500份;再生骨料:300份~430份;天然碎石:200份~320份;粘合剂:5份~8份;引气剂:其为胶凝材料加入质量的0.02‑0.05%;中性水:500份~800份。本发明通过在制备再生混凝土时,将地方区域水导入至水体处理装置的内部,使得能在不外调中性水的情况下,完成对再生混凝土的制备,不仅降低了从外部运输中心水所消耗的劳动力和资源,而且减少了制备出来的再生混凝土出现内部钢筋生锈或内部产生膨胀开裂的现象,一定程度地增强了再生混凝土成本的品质。
