Method for erecting double-layer box girder bridge
The invention relates to an erecting method of a double-layer box girder bridge. The erecting method comprises the steps that an upper box girder, a lower box girder and a lower-layer pier structure are prefabricated and formed in a prefabrication site; sequentially transporting the lower-layer pier structure and the upper box girder to a to-be-erected site by adopting a transport ship; the lower-layer bridge pier structure is erected at a preset position through the above-water hoisting equipment, and the lower box girder is erected on the lower-layer bridge pier structure through the above-water hoisting equipment, so that a lower-layer box girder bridge is formed; upper-layer pier bodies are cast on site at the two ends of the lower-layer pier structure, and upper cross beams are cast on the upper portions of the upper-layer pier bodies; after the upper box girder is transported to a to-be-erected site by a transport ship, the upper box girder is erected on the upper cross beam by an overwater hoisting device to form an upper-layer box girder bridge, so that the erection of the whole double-layer box girder bridge can be completed; and the upper box girder, the lower box girder and the lower-layer bridge pier structure are formed by adopting a prefabrication method and then are hoisted through overwater hoisting equipment, so that the construction period can be shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
