The invention discloses a support pile steel pipe supporting method beneficial to subway protection, which comprises the following steps of: reserving a soil table: before steel support construction, reserving the soil table on the inner side of a support pile L2-J section foundation pit in order to prevent the displacement deformation of the foundation pit caused by the pressure of a soil body on the outer side of the foundation pit; concrete needs to be sprayed on the surface of the reserved soil table, the slope ratio of the soil table is 1: 1.5, 60 mm C20 concrete is sprayed, and slope excavation is conducted according to the following procedures that a, surveying and setting out are conducted, a working face is excavated, a side slope is trimmed, and a sprayed concrete thickness control mark is buried; b, C20 concrete is sprayed to the designed thickness; and c, slope toe water interception and drainage treatment and concrete spraying construction matters needing attention. Compared with a traditional anchor cable (rod) supporting structure system, disturbance of a soil body adjacent to the supporting piles is reduced, the safety risk of an underground building structure close to a subway area is eliminated, the influence on important buildings around a foundation pit is reduced, and the construction safety of the foundation pit is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种利于地铁保护的支护桩钢管支撑方法,包括如下步骤:预留土台:在钢支撑施工前,为防止支护桩因基坑外侧土体压力而引发基坑位移变形,需在支护桩L2~J段基坑内侧预留土台;预留土台喷射混凝土施工:预留土台表面须喷射混凝土,土台放坡坡比为1:1.5,喷射60mmC20混凝土,放坡开挖按以下工序进行施工:a、测量放线,开挖工作面,修整边坡,埋设喷射混凝土厚度控制标志;b、喷射C20混凝土至设计厚度;c、坡脚截排水处理,喷射混凝土施工注意事项。本技术内容与传统的锚索(杆)支撑结构体系相比,其减少与支护桩相邻土体的扰动,消除临近地铁区域地下构筑物结构安全风险,降低对基坑周边重要建筑的影响,增强了基坑施工安全性。
